1. Fulfillment Facility & Coverage
All ROOTISH™ superfood seeds and pantry essentials are carefully packed, quality-inspected, and dispatched directly from our own certified packing center operated under SHANTHI ENTERPRISES:

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. All shipments are managed and delivered through our official courier partner, DTDC Courier.
2. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday): Processed, batch-packed, and handed over to DTDC Courier on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and Public Holidays: Packed and dispatched on the immediate next business day.
- Standard Handling Time: Orders are prepared within 12 to 24 hours of online order confirmation.

6. Food-Grade Packaging & Transit Protection
Because raw seeds are sensitive to moisture and light, our packaging standards protect quality and freshness throughout transit:
- Triple-Layer Barrier Pouches: UV-blocking, moisture-resistant standup pouches with airtight zip-locks that maintain freshness for up to 12 months.
- Corrugated Outer Shippers: High-burst corrugated boxes cushioned to withstand handling and transit pressure across long distances.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Defective Parcels (24-Hour Appeal Window)
Mandatory Timeline: Appeal within 24 hours of delivery
Any appeal must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) from the time the shipment is marked "Delivered" by DTDC Courier, and can only be done at the Order details page.
Direct Refund (Only 2 Reasons):
- Damaged in transit
- Courier cover tampered
All other issues are not eligible for direct refunds.
Return & Replacement (Only 2 Reasons):
- Wrong product / variant delivered
- Air tight seal broken or used product
Includes DTDC doorstep pickup from your address with reverse tracking.
How to submit an appeal (Order Page Only):
- Appeals can only be submitted directly from the Order page on rootish.in.
- Log in to your account, go to My Orders, open the delivered order, and click on the "Return / Refund" (Report Issue) button.
- Select your preferred resolution and eligible reason, then attach clear photographs of the package and seal.
- For return & replacement, DTDC Courier is scheduled for doorstep pickup and reverse tracking appears directly on your order card.
Note: Claims submitted after the 24-hour window from delivery cannot be accepted due to food safety regulations.
8. Address Corrections & Delivery Attempts
DTDC delivery executives will attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times and contact the recipient phone number provided during checkout.
• Need to update your address? Contact our 24/7 support via WhatsApp (+91 94899 39792) within 2 hours of order placement so our dispatch team can update the DTDC consignment details before handover.
• If a package is returned to our facility due to recipient unavailability or incorrect contact information, our team will reach out to verify the address and arrange re-dispatch.
